What is the application process?

• We recomend you visit the property first, feel free to contact Imperial at (386)338-0394 to schedual a showing.
• There is a $50 application fee per person or per married couple.
• Once we receive your application, Imperial will run a credit, eviction & criminal record check.

What happens after I am approved?

• The first month's rent will be collected up front.
• A minimum of $1,000.00 will be due as a security deposit.
• Your security deposit will be returned when you move out, barring any damage to the property.
• A $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged if applicable.
